The Werner® 40-Foot Type 1 Aluminum Extension Ladder gives you the reach and stability you need to work high off the ground. It earned ratings from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for safety at home and on commercial work sites. The heavy-duty extension ladder extends from a closed height of about 20-feet to an extended position of 40-feet. ALFLO® rungs provide a TWIST-PROOF® hold on the supports, so you maintain stability while the ladder is fully extended. TRACTION-TRED® rungs help to keep your feet in position as well. The bottom of the 40-foot extension ladder has SHU-LOK® spurs that maintain the ladder’s position against walls without slipping away.
