Makita 5 in. Electronic Stone Polisher with Splash Guard
The Makita 5 Inch electronic stone polisher is run by an 11 Amp motor and delivers an operating speed of 2000 to 5500 RPM. The ribbed handle and a rear trigger handle comes with a lock-on switch to prevent sudden initiation and smooth operation. Sealed trigger does not allow water to penetrate into the polisher and the splash guard directs the water away from the tool. Water flow valve is located at a convenient position and can be adjusted easily. Handle can be maneuvered smoothly as the water supply tube runs though the handle. Arbor is surrounded by four water outlets to ensure even distribution of water into the pad. Electronic controller produces uniform operating speed even under heavy loads. Soft start mechanism suppresses the start-up reaction to prolong the gear life. Current limiter prevents overloading in high torque use thus safeguarding the motor. Lock-on switch enables continuous operation of the tool for longer periods of time. Brushes can be accessed externally without any hassles. Head cover of the polisher endures tough impacts in jobsite conditions. GFCI plug gives operational convenience for the user. Polisher comes with a protective head cover, splash guard, lock nut wrench and a side handle.
